Hello loves! It’s finally here, my Childhood Playlist. I’m going to give you all the songs that I none stop listened to as a child, and see if any of you guys remember any of them. There’s nothing better than listening to a song you completely forgot about! Without further ado… here is my Official Childhood Playlist!
James Blunt- 1973
If you remember this song, let me know! I completely fell in love with James Blunt as a child and loved all his songs. However this one for sure is a classic.
Dido- White Flag
When I found this song earlier on, I couldn’t believe I hadn’t heard it in forever. This used to be one of my favourites growing up. Does anyone else remember Dido?
Taylor Swift- Love Story
Whatever you feel about Swifty, you have to admit that this was huge back in the day. I remember sitting outside my house with my friend’s using bluetooth to send them all this song. We would sit there for ages listening and jamming out to it. Definitely still one of my favourites.
Christina Aguilera- Genie In A Bottle
I used to love this song. My sister and I used to play it all the time. And no word of a lie, I still listen to it now waiting for the bus!!
Black Eyed Peas- Where Is The Love?
This is still such a huge song and when it was played live at the Ariana Grande Manchester Concert I literally had goosebumps. Such an amazing song with some really beautiful lyrics.
Queen- Don’t Stop Me Now
This brings back so many memories of my dad and I. We
used to, still do love this song and it was recently played at my friend’s 18th birthday party!!
Kanye West- Stronger
It wouldn’t be a childhood playlist without a bit of Kanye. The man himself is a legend and was a huge part of my childhood with his song ‘Stronger’. Still to this day I listen to this song.
The Killers- Mr Brightside
I don’t think this tune will ever get old. It is truly an amazing song and is loved still to this day! One of my favourites for sure.
Madness- It Must Be Love
If this is a part of your childhood playlist too then let me know. I love this song so much and am a huge fan of Madness.
My love for Liam Gallagher will never die. And not only do I love Wonderwall, but I also had to mention Champagne Supernova! These are my two favourite from Oasis and I am gutted that I won’t be able to see them live!
So that’s it. My Official Childhood Playlist. I could have mentioned so many more but I’ll save them for another day! (hint* part 2? *hint). Let me know down below your favourite childhood songs!
