Long time no see!! Whilst I have been in hibernation and figuring out what to do with my life, a lot has happened.
The weather has completely turned me into have multiple nervous breakdowns for a start. One minute it’s all short shorts and crop tops whilst smothered in suncream, the next it’s wooly jumpers and wellies! Sort it out weather!
Whilst having 6 weeks off work I have managed to do absolutely nothing with my life. I set a fitness goal and told everyone at work that I would come back a size 6; I’ve been to the gym twice so that definitely hasn’t happened. All I’ve managed to do is go to Thorpe Park, which was great! And go on a holiday to Haven in Weymouth, that was interesting. (Insert pictures below)
In fact, that’s a little unfair for me to say. Two very exciting things happened to me this month and I can’t wait to share them with you.
Firstly, I turned the big 18. I have been waiting for this for so long (and so have all my friends as I’m the baby of the group). I love it when people ask to see my ID and then I whip it out and see their smug faces disappear! Okay, maybe that’s a little bit of an exaggeration but you get my point. I have been drinking non stop and I’m sure my liver is about to pass out!
Whilst turning 18 was a huge deal, so was me passing my driving test! I am the first out of my friends to pass and I couldn’t wait to get on the road. I failed my practical first time so I was thrilled to pass second time. You know what they say, the best drivers don’t pass first! A few days after passing I was lucky enough to purchase this beautiful red Mini One Hatch. Awaiting the personalised number plate (which is coming soon). I am in love with my Ruthie Red!
And so that pretty much sums up what’s been happening in my life. I’m still desperately trying to find a job. With one week left to go of the holidays time is ticking.
I hope you are all well and having an amazing time. To everyone who go their results this week I hope it all went how you wanted it to go!
I love you all to the moon and back, thank you for your continuous support.
